Kim Hak-kyu (1900-1967) was a Korean independence activist who operated within the Korean Liberation Army during the Japanese colonial period. He served as the commander of the 3rd Zone of the Liberation Army. In 1962, he was awarded the Order of Merit for National Foundation (Independence Medal) by the Republic of Korea. This document is a handwritten account of his involvement in the independence movement.
