Dagger-shaped Ornaments

Jul 28 2024

Three light-green jade ornaments, possibly pendants, have been discovered. These dagger-shaped pieces are long, strip-like, and have rounded ends, with one side concaved and the other convexed. The surface exhibits partial whitening and some brown spots, contributing to their distinctive appearance. These types of ornaments are typically found in pairs. Similar examples can be seen at the Aurora Museum and Chifeng Museum. Comparable dagger-shaped jade ornaments have also been excavated at Xinglongwa Culture sites.
