“Moral Rights of Artists” is a dissertation by attorney Koo Bon-jin, which he completed to earn his Ph.D. at Seoul National University School of Law. In 2010, Seoul National University selected it as an outstanding dissertation and published it as part of its Legal Research Series. In 2011, the book was chosen as an Excellent Academic Book by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. It discusses how art has developed throughout human history, comparing Eastern and Western perspectives. To conduct this research, he studied aesthetics. The book examines the legal systems of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Japan, proposing a copyright law suitable for South Korea.
