In the first half of 2026, I will be teaching Art Law at the Graduate School of Legal Affairs, Kookmin University. I am currently developing the syllabus and structuring the course.
Art is not only an object of aesthetic appreciation. It is also a field shaped by contracts, authenticity disputes, copyright, cultural property regulation, and international transactions.
This course will focus not merely on doctrine, but on structure and real cases — examining how law operates within the art world.
