Min Yong-ho (1869–1922) was a militia leader who organized the Kantongu Military Council and led militia activities centered around Gangneung in the 1890s. His family origin was Yeoheung, his courtesy name was Munhyeon (文賢), and his pen name was Bokjae (復齊). After the Eulmi Incident, he raised a militia in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do, and later moved to Gangneung, Gangwon-do, where he united the local militia forces, capturing areas like Goseong and Yangyang. He attempted to attack Wonsan in Hamgyeongnam-do but failed, later joining forces with other militias across different regions.

In the 1910s, he moved north and eventually entered Manchuria, bringing an end to his militia activities. His works include “Bokjae Collection” and “Diary of the Year Byeongsin.” In 1977, Min Yong-ho was posthumously awarded the Order of Merit for National Foundation.
